What an incredible year it has been at Rosenthal! As we wrap up 2025, we’re proud to look back on a year full of progress, community spirit, major milestones and exciting steps toward the future.
Here’s just some of what we achieved together 👇
🏪 1. A major milestone for Rosenthal Village!
We celebrated the grand opening of 7-Eleven, Guzman y Gomez, Oporto and Supasplash Car & Dog Wash — adding even more convenience and lifestyle options for our community.
🏗️ 2. Construction commenced on the new Arcare Aged Care facility, bringing a high-quality, purpose-built residence to Rosenthal along with more residential stages.
📺 3. Rosenthal featured on the ‘New Neighbourhoods’ TV show, showcasing our growing community to a national audience!
🏡 4. Welcomed approximately 250 new residents who now call Rosenthal home — our community continues to thrive.
📣 5. Four new land releases launched, including the exciting new Rosenthal Place Town homes.
🌿 6. Major landscape and open space achievements, including the completion of the wetlands/retarding basin and the official handover of Pearl Iris Park to Hume City Council.
🎅 7. Celebrated with residents at our annual Christmas Party in Tom’s Park — one of our favourite days of the year!
🏆 8. Recognised our community competition winners across the year.
📚 9. Hosted Sunbury College students for their annual visit to learn about land-use change and development.
🏢 10. Sold the two vacant lots behind Woolworths for future community use and leased the last remaining pad space near GYG/Car Wash— more details to come in 2026!
📈 11. A strong year of sales, with 150 lots sold, including the first stage of our brand-new precinct opposite the Sales Office — a future area set to feature extensive landscaping along Harpers Creek, new wetlands and a brand-new park.
🌱 12. Our conservation reserves continued to be brought back to life with the introduction of more native plants, strengthening local biodiversity and enhancing natural habitats throughout Rosenthal.
✨ Looking Ahead to 2026
With new precincts progressing, more community spaces on the way, and exciting announcements just around the corner, 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet.
