The team at Rosenthal welcomes Jackson, Bronwyn and their growing family as the 1,000th purchasers to the Rosenthal Community in Sunbury.
As first home buyers, Jackson and Bronwyn have been researching the property market for some time and about 6 months ago, decided the best option for their growing family was to build in a new residential estate.
“Making a list of things which were important for our growing family (a 2-year-old daughter and another baby on the way) we quickly decided on a few non-negotiables when choosing the right estate to build in. Accessibility to freeways and established Schools, Parks, Shops were all on the list”.
Residing in Attwood, Jackson and Bronwyn searched for many locations across Melbourne before coming across Sunbury, an established suburb, whilst also rapidly expanding.
Bronwyn’s Brother had recently purchased in Rosenthal so suggested they should check out what Rosenthal had to offer. They soon discovered Rosenthal and was ticking all their boxes plus more.
“The accessibility really appealed to us straight away. How close it was to the freeway, Sunbury Town Centre, the Business Park and obviously Schools and childcare,” she said.
Jackson and Bronwyn were so impressed with the service they received at Rosenthal. They instantly felt welcomed and could tell how important the sense of community was to the Rosenthal team.
To get a real feel for the Estate they decided to take their daughter to Rosenthal’s well known, Tom’s Park.
“Straight away we could tell it was such a good estate for kids and families. Everything with purchasing our land couldn’t have gone smoother. Joe’s been outstanding to communicate with.”
Jackson and Bronwyn are now looking forward to building their dream home and getting into the Rosenthal community and we can’t wait to guide them on this exciting new home journey.
