Rosenthal Estate Sunbury officially turned 10!
The estate was founded with a vision of creating an exceptional community focused on integrity and commitment delivery. 10 years later, this has certainly become a reality.
With more than 1,000 lots sold, 900 homes built, and an estimated 2,500 residents now calling Rosenthal home – it’s easy to see why the team is so proud of what they’ve achieved.

Some of the team’s favourite memories so far include:
- Selling the Millett Family Charity Home for over $1 million – helping support almost 60 local not-for-profit organisations
- Helping many first-home buyers into the home market

- Seeing the first residents move in
- Delivering the Rosenthal shopping centre
- Bambini Childcare Centre and Holy Trinity Primary School
- Developing 3 stunning parks for play
- The addition of McDonalds & KFC
- Adding paths, exercise equipment, and conservation areas, boosting an outdoor lifestyle at residents’ doorsteps
But the team isn’t stopping there. In the coming years, Rosenthal Estate plans to:
- Complete the development of the entire community
- Develop other community amenities
- And continue to be proud of their master-planned, family-first community
The team is excited to celebrate this milestone in Rosenthal’s history.
